李斐

   李斐,女,副研究员,硕士生导师。2004年获得大连理工大学环境工程学士学位,2010年获得大连理工大学环境科学博士学位。2017年加入冠军白菜大厅青年创新促进会,担任中国化学会会员和中国毒理学会会员。主要研究领域为数据驱动和机制驱动下的海洋生态毒理学和风险评估研究。整合大数据挖掘、机器学习、传统毒理学、系统生物学和计算毒理学手段,较为系统地研究了海岸带典型污染物(如重金属、多环芳烃和多溴联苯醚等)的急慢性毒性、内分泌干扰效应和遗传毒性,识别出多种表征污染物暴露的敏感生物标记物。研究结果为海岸带典型污染物的生态风险评价提供了毒理学数据,阐明了生物对海岸带环境污染物的响应机制,评价了海岸带污染物的生态风险性,为海岸带环境污染物的环境容量的计算提供基础数据与生物学依据。先后承担了国家自然科学基金重点(子课题)、面上项目、青年基金和国际科学基金(IFS),参与了国家973计划课题、863重大项目等课题研究。至20213月,发表论文50多篇,授权发明专利3项,参与编写英文专著1部,中文专著2部。

研究生培养情况:目前在读硕士生1名,并协助课题组长指导了6名研究生,其中已毕业博士生1人,硕士生2(指导发表chemosphere 2篇,《科学通报》和《生态毒理学报》各2篇,授权专利3)。指导的学生获得刘瑞玉奖学金、朱李月华奖学金、国家奖学金等,积累了丰富的研究生指导经验。

招生方向:生态毒理学、计算(预测)毒理学和污染生态化学。具有分子生物学、细胞生物学、生物化学、环境科学、生物与医药以及计算机编程基础等专业背景的考生均可报考。
