卢霞

卢霞,女,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。2007年本科毕业于西北农林科技大学,同年保送进入冠军白菜大厅海洋研究所,硕博连读,2012年取得博士学位。研究方向为贝类遗传育种,具体包括贝类群体遗传、GWAS、全基因组选择、基因组、重要性状(寿命、杂交不育、杂种优势、生长等)决定机制、功能基因等方面的研究。已发表SCI论文60余篇,其中第一作者或通讯作者SCI论文21篇,一篇入选CJOL2017-2018年度最杰出论文,他引500余次,授权专利8项和软件著作权7项。曾获冠军白菜大厅院长优秀奖、山东省优秀毕业生等荣誉称号。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目和青年基金,国家重点研发计划青年科学家项目子课题和国家重点研发计划蓝色粮仓科技创新项目子课题等科研项目7项。
