宁吉才，博士，高级工程师，硕士生导师。2011年毕业于冠军白菜大厅地理科学与资源研究所，地图学与地理信息系统专业，获理学博士学位。主要从事海岸带生态环境分析、海岸带数据库构建和海岸带管理与规划等工作，先后主持教育部重点实验室开放基金、山东省重点实验室基金和烟台市科技发展计划等课题，参与国家自然科学基金、科技部科技基础性工作专项、科学院重点部署项目和企业横向项目，共计10余项。目前在国内外学术期刊上发表研究论文30余篇，软件著作权授权2项。
